Over a period of more than 30 years, Tony Trevisan has played a pivotal role in a wide range of corporate and commercial scenarios – including substantial equity and debt financing, mergers and acquisitions, the restructuring of industrial, petroleum and mineral resources-based public companies, and the establishment of significant and successful businesses.
Mr Trevisan has extensive experience in acquisitions and the establishment of commercial operations, together with raising and structuring financial instruments to fund the development of a number of significant projects both in Australia and overseas. He has been responsible for public offerings and the floating of companies with a combined value of more than $1 billion on the Australian Stock Exchange and other major global exchanges.
A highly experienced and respected business figure, Mr Trevisan has held senior executive positions in companies with a wide range of petroleum, mining, industrial and high technology interests, including Arabex Petroleum NL (Rubiales Petroleum Discovery), Callina NL (petroleum work-over project in Russia, Komi, Oil Field), Trident Petroleum Ltd (joint venture with Conoco, now Conoco Phillips in Papua New Guinea), Continental Goldfields Ltd, Aqua Vital (Australia) Ltd (now owned by Coca Cola), Cable Televisions Services Ltd (now part of Foxtel), Atlas Pacific Ltd and Mediterranean Oil & Gas plc.
He has also been responsible for successfully negotiating joint venture agreements with major corporations including BHP, Phillips. EcoPetrol and Mannai Qatar.

Managing Director
Simon Trevisan is the managing director of the Transcontinental Group, and of the company’s property arm TRG Properties Pty Ltd. He has significant experience in public and private investments, corporate finance, and management of large public and private businesses.
Mr Trevisan has been responsible for the funding and management of a number of public companies, and for the Group’s substantial property investments. His experience includes the establishment and listing of Mediterranean Oil & Gas plc, an AIM-listed oil and gas company with production and a substantial oil discovery in Italy, the successful listing of Ausgold Ltd and Regalpoint Resources Ltd, and the relisting of Brazilian Metals Group Ltd and Aurex Consolidated Ltd amongst other ASX-traded companies.
Mr Trevisan’s role with TRG has seen him responsible for arranging debt funding for property development valued at more than $500 million, and he played a key role in arranging and drawing down one of the first foreign bank project facilities for a resources development in Indonesia.
Mr Trevisan is a former Executive Chairman of ASX-listed gold explorer Aurex Consolidated Ltd, and was a founding Executive Director of ASX-listed companies Ausgold Ltd and Regalpoint Resources Ltd. He holds a Bachelor of Economics and a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Western Australia, and a Masters Degree in Business and Technology from the University of New South Wales. Before becoming a full-time executive with TRG, Mr Trevisan practiced as a solicitor with Allens Arthur Robinson Legal Group firm, Parker and Parker, in the corporate and natural resources divisions.
He is currently a Director of medical devices company AAT Research Ltd and ASX-listed Regalpoint Exploration Ltd, and is a board member of the not-for-profit St George’s College Foundation.

Director
Tanya Trevisan is primarily responsible for managing the design, planning and construction of the Transcontinental Group’s property development operations, and is Chief Operating Officer of TRG Properties Pty Ltd. She has substantial experience in project managing all aspects of large built-form property projects, holds a Bachelor of Architecture from the University of Western Australia and is a registered architect in Western Australia and in the United Kingdom.
Ms Trevisan has over 30 years of national and international experience in property development, with a particular focus on multi-residential and mixed-use projects, and was involved in large scale inner city redevelopment projects in London, Berlin and Sydney before returning to live in Western Australian in 2004. Since then, she has played a major role in establishing mixed-use, commercial, heritage, green-star and englobo land projects in Western Australia and Victoria.
Tanya is the current President of The Property Council of Australia (WA) and a director of the national board of the Property Council of Australia (PCA). She is a regular guest speaker and panellist for the PCA(WA) and has previously been a guest speaker for the Royal Australian Institute of Architects (NSW) and the Green Building Council of Australia (WA), with her particular focus on apartment design and the density debate. She has also lectured on and taught architectural design at two universities in NSW (UNSW and UTS) and is a member of the Design WA Advisory Group.

Mrs Hudson is an Executive Director of the Transcontinental Group, and of TRG Properties Pty Ltd.
She is responsible for all legal, contractual and corporate governance aspects of the Transcontinental Group, including external legal advisors, consultants, builders and sales agents in relation to contracting, compliance and related matters. She also plays a major role in managing the company’s joint venture relationships and financing arrangements.
Mrs Hudson has a Bachelor of Arts, a Bachelor of Laws and Master of Laws specialising in dispute resolution, and practiced as a solicitor with large national and international law firms in Perth and in London from 1997 to 2009, specialising in construction law.
As a solicitor, she has advised large national and international contractors, engineering subcontractors and consultants and principals on a range of residential construction projects (particularly high-end inner-city apartments), civil construction, infrastructure, marine construction and commercial issues.
Mrs Hudson is also the Company Secretary for ASX-listed AssetOwl Limited, Zeta Petroleum and BMG Resources Ltd.

Mr Morandi is an oil and gas consultant to the Transcontinental Group.
Mr Morandi has 37 years experience in oil and gas geophysics, exploration development, product, operations and E&P Business management. He has extensive experience in dealing with E&P in Italy and in the Mediterranean area.Experience includes Managing Director and General Manager at Rockhopper Italia SpA, worked at ENI, Coparex, ELF, Enterprise Oil, Shell Italia E&P and four years as Geophysical and Business Advisor to Shell International E&P at EPTS Centre of Excellence in the Hague (Projects: Ukraine, Russia, Syria, Libya, Tunisia, Algeria, Egypt, Indonesia and Gabon).
From 1997 to 2003, he was the Lecturer of Applied Seismology – Basilicata University in Italy. Since 2002 he was the Board Member of the Italian National Upstream Association

Mr Clutterbuck is an oil and gas consultant to the Transcontinental Group.
Mr Clutterbuck has extensive experience in exploration, development and production in USA, Europe/ North Sea, former USSR, Latin America, Middle East, Africa and Asia.
Highly experienced and respected in the area of oil and gas, Mr Clutterbuck had a long career with BP Group as well as holding board and senior executive positions on many listed companies.
Mr Clutterbuck is currently the Managing Director for Global Energy Consultants Ltd serving clients such as Horizon Petroleum Plc: Interim CEO 2013-2014: Toronto listed. Africa focus (Nigeria / Angola / Egypt) and Advisor and consultant to AIM companies 2012-present.
His Experience Includes:
3Legs Resources: CEO 2011-2012: AIM listed. Managed company, most successful shale gas operations in Europe, operating for partnership with ConocoPhillips in Poland Baltic Basin. Raised £85 million (US$130 million), a record for AIM E&P IPO. Global New Ventures programme for unconventional oil and gas.
Orca Exploration Group: CEO 2004-2010: Toronto listed, (reached $430 million market cap): responsible for development and operations on the first petroleum project in East Africa (900 bcf Songo Songo field in Tanzania, producing 100 mmscfd, fully vertically integrated gas-to-power, industrial supply and CNG), and exploration in East Africa, Italy. Continued as Deputy Chairman, directing rural education CSR project.
Mediterranean Oil and Gas: Director, 2005-2011, AIM listed: oil and gas assets mostly in Italy.
Quest Group of Companies: Managing Director. 1991-94, UK based. Field redevelopment JV of Zhetybay oilfield in
Kazakhstan (400 million bbl reserve). Komiquest JV: Chairman. 1992-94. Managed field redevelopment in Arctic Russia

Reservoir Development Associates (RDA): Partner. 1986+, San Francisco / Oakland, assets in Colombia.Responsible for

Financial Controller
Maggie Win joined Transcontinental Group in 2005, and became head of the accounting team in 2009 – a role which sees her responsible for all aspects of the Group’s finances, including preparing annual reports in accordance with IFRS, monthly and quarterly management financial reporting to Directors, year-end consolidated audited financial reporting and maintaining accounting records for all of its managed private entities.
Ms Win holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree majoring in Accounting and Finance and an Advanced diploma of Accounting, and she is also an associate member of CPA Australia.
She is presently responsible for preparation of annual and half-yearly consolidated financial statements for ASX-listed Regalpoint Resources Limited and BMG Resources Limited.
